The dispensing pump injection mould is made of high grade steels from Japan and imported P20 and 2316, H13 etc.

The dispensing pump injection mould is designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology and slide type independent self-locking, hence the concentricity of the product is guaranteed.

The dispensing pump injection mould adopts advanced and reasonable design, each cavity having independent temperature control & heating system, which boasts an even heating temperature and keeps product with reliable and stable quality.

The dispensing pump injection mould has independent condensation system in each mould cavity and mould core. Mould cavity is replaceable, so that the label on top of cap can be changed.

Bottle cap material :

1, the product material is PP, the material is high crystal, good wear resistance, sudden elongation and fatigue resistance.

2, the product is divided into the main body, clamshell, can be opened and closed several times. In order to prevent shampoo spillover, the main body mouth has a ring rib as shown in B. 6, the edge of the mouth of the product has a ring of 1.5mm wide decorative grain. The wall thickness of the product should be uniform and not deformed.
